Retention: User records, KYC information, and transaction logs are retained securely in our system. This is mandatory for operational integrity, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Account Deletion: While automated account deletion is not currently available on the user dashboard, you may request account closure by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your public-facing profile will be deactivated, though legally required transactional data will remain securely archived for regulatory compliance.

No Behavioral Tracking: We do not use any advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking scripts on our platform.

Personal Chats (Encrypted): Any private, non-transactional messages sent between users on the platform are securely encrypted. Our administrative and moderation teams do not have access to read your private conversations.

Active Deal Chats (Moderator Accessible): When a chat is attached directly to an active transaction, those specific messages serve as the official record of your agreement. If a dispute is raised, our authorized moderation team is granted strict, role-based access to view these deal-specific chat logs. This allows us to review the evidence and resolve the issue fairly without ever looking at your personal messages.
