We eliminate "advance payment" anxiety. When a deal is agreed upon, the Buyer funds the transaction, but the money does not go straight to the Seller. Instead, it is locked inside the Hawld Secure Vault.

Buyers: Your money is never released until you receive what you paid for and are 100% satisfied.

Sellers: You never have to start working "on good faith." If the money is in the Vault, your payment is guaranteed as long as you deliver on time and deliver the quality.

Your data and funds are protected by the same security standards used by top financial institutions:

• All sensitive information is strictly encrypted.
• Payments are routed through highly secure, compliant banking infrastructure.
• We use mandatory session authentication to ensure your account cannot be compromised.

We actively monitor the platform to keep bad actors out:

• No Fake Deliveries: Sellers must submit verifiable proof of delivery before the deadline.
• No Unfair Cancellations:Once a timeline is locked, Buyers cannot unilaterally cancel the deal while the Seller is actively working.
• Strict Off-Platform Rules: To keep you safe, we strictly prohibit requesting or sending payments outside of Hawld. Taking a deal off-platform automatically voids your protection.

Technology is great, but sometimes you need a human. If a deal goes wrong, you are never left fighting it out alone.

If a disagreement arises, our system first encourages Mutual Understanding, allowing both parties to peacefully sort things out.

If you cannot agree, you can instantly hit Dispute. This alerts our dedicated Admin Moderation Team. We will review the chat logs, the agreed terms, and the submitted work to make a fair, binding decision.
